Spice-So Mi Like It
Choreography by Rick Long
Dancehall Explosion is a Dancehall Reggae dance class with Hip Hop elements. Rick breaks down popular Dancehall music video moves and 90s Dancehall dance steps, to piece together the choreo. He breaks the choreography into segments, so everyone in the class can catch on. It is all levels. Beginners, Advanced, Intermediate and people who just love Dancehall music. The choreography is taught by a Dancehall mix and then at the end, he focuses on two songs to run the final choreography. Class is fun, very energetic and high cardio. The class starts with a ten minute warm-up to get your heart rate moving. It is a real cardio groove.
